WHAT IS WELLNESS?

 Wellness is the effort of being aware of one's alternatives and consciously choosing them in the goal of a healthy and fulfilling life. It is more than just the lack of illness; it is a proactive process of growth and progress. A state of health, happiness, and prosperity; a good or satisfactory state of affairs; wellbeing.
